I was looking through some old journals recently, reading some of my old etchings, and found this note I made about criticism: ‘I feel so sad about the hold criticism has on me! … As satsang started my body was taken over by ALL THAT IS and movement and speech was impossible. I could hear but could not answer. I could not form the words to respond. The hand was no longer able to play the singing bowl. I could hear the prayers but was also being aware that if ATI has such power over this body, then the same power exists in every other body.'

Why then do we criticize each other so much? …. I don’t know that I am fully aware of the magnitude of today’s experience but I am grateful for it and for the healing I know I received.’

Although I had forgotten about this experience, much healing took place for me regarding this subject. Is my mind completely cleared of criticism? Only time will tell, but I do know that I see things quite differently now. I am aware that because criticism is such a strong energy of the collective consciousness it appears to be the most natural thing to do. Yet criticism and judgment must be transcended if we are to know FREEDOM in our lifetime. On this note I would also like to share a message I found from ALL THAT IS in the same journal.

FREEDOM

While on this earth plane we exist in so many varying SHADOWS of existence that it is unlikely that each is not a Light unto some level of darkness. Therefore to say that someone is evil or negative is completely erroneous. One may appear to be negative to the vibration that you now hold, but that same someone may be a profound Light within the vibration that they exist.

Because this earth plane consists of so many, many, many variations of existence it becomes difficult to determine another’s area of existence to be able to decide whether that someone is fulfilling their Soul’s balance as chosen for their present earth journey.

JUDGE NOT. CONDEMN NOT ~ for in judging and condemning you are sowing the seeds of judgment and condemnation which MUST BE REAPED, for the harvest must follow the planting season.

Without the realm of darkness we will be trapped in ignorance – ignorance of awareness.

Without AWARENESS, choices will be non-existent.
Without CHOICES, no change.
Without CHANGE, no evolution.
Without EVOLUTION, no remembrance.
Without REMEMBRANCE, only DARKNESS.

Let us honor the darkness for the gift of remembrance. Follow the darkness in whatever stage it may exist because beyond the darkness there is always the LIGHT. Do not, however, DWELL in the darkness.
